This cycle we are featuring Lincoln Electric's new RANGER 225 GXT Portable Engine Driven Welder. This new Ranger is fully enclosed for protection and noise reduction. There are three access doors to the engine for service. This versatile machine is rated at 100% duty cycle at 225 Amps AC, 210 Amps DC (CC) constant current and 200 Amps (CV) constant voltage. The generator output will produce 10,500 Peak Watts of Single-phase power at 120/ 240 volts or 9000 watts of continuous power. The power outputs are protected by standard circuit breakers. The machine will allow simultaneous operation of auxiliary power up to 3900 Watts of power while welding at 145 Amps. The large 12-Gallon fuel tank with 1.3-gallon per hour at 210 Amps fuel consumption gives you over 9 hours of operation per tank. The electric fuel gauge is mounted on the front panel for easy checking during operation and refueling. The Kohler 23 horsepower 2-cylinder, 4-cycle OHV air-cooled engine has plenty of power for most portable jobs.
We have added several new air die grinders to our line of Eagle brand air tools. The ergonomic shaped composite material units are very lightweight, with a soft comfortable grip with less noise vibration and thermal transfer than the aluminum tools.
The Eagle 5200EC 1/4 inch Die Grinder is a 22,000-RPM, 1.3 pound, .75 hp, 14 CFM unit for blending, smoothing, and sanding.
The 5201EC 1/4 inch Mini Die Grinder is a 25,000 RPM, .8 pound, .5 hp, 14 CFM unit for light weld grinding, polishing, and breaking sharp edges.
The 5202EC 1/4 inch Angle head Die Grinder is a 20,000 RPM, 1.1 pound, .6 hp, 12 CFM unit for sanding, polishing, de-burring and porting.
And the 5002C 1/4 inch General Duty Aluminum Die Grinder is a 22,000 RPM, 1.2 pound, .33 hp, 14 CFM unit for blending, smoothing and porting.
While we are on the subject of grinders, we now stock Makita's new 5-inch Angle Grinder GA5020 This new grinder has a powerful 10.5 Amp motor in a 4.8 pound, 14 inch length package. It kicks up to 11,000 RPM using a standard 5/8 X 11 Spindle and includes an electric brake. The new feature on this grinder is the front gear housing with the side handle will rotate 90 Degrees for handling convenience. The heavy-duty AC/DC switch allows the unit to operate on the older welders that have 120Volts DC as Auxiliary power. The motor brushes are accessible externally for easier service.
We now stock the New Jancy Engineering USA-101 Magnetic Base Drill. This unit incorporates the smart Magnet circuitry that will not allow the motor to operate in an unsafe magnetic holding condition. In addition, the illuminated panel switches will not light up unless the magnetic field is sufficient to drill. The powerful 11.5 Amp motor will handle a 1-1/2 Dia. x 2 inch depth-of-cut Slugger Cutter. The drill weighs 29 pounds. The drill point breakaway on 1-inch plate is 650 pounds and the magnet dead lift on 1-inch plate is 1480 pounds. The drill converts to twist drilling with an optional chuck adapter.
